As of 2023, we have been working in Amazon and are using our evenings and weekends to explore our passions & interests.
A little more about us..

👨🏼⚕️ Valerio is a Lean Six Sigma practitioner and Mark is a Project Manager at Amazon. We met in 2012, our last year at Brunel University, where we graduated as engineers

💼 We accelerated our careers - Valerio took on his first management position under two years after graduating, whereas Mark became an international consultant 3 years after graduating.

🎓 In 2020-21 Valerio & Mark attended Quantic School of Business and Technology where we studied towards an MBA & EMBA. This is what sparked the beginning of this adventure!
What we do

🎙️ We release weekly podcasts called The Needle Movers Podcast where we distil the key concepts of books we read aimed at increasing self-awareness, productivity and promoting personal growth

✍️ We write articles on this website relating to productivity, growth, entrepreneurship and typically anything we wish we had known when we were in our twenties!

🏘️ We are property entrepreneurs, we have a pre-existing portfolio of properties and are now expanding it through a business venture.
